When librarian realized that I was indie published, I got the snobby answer if I wanted to donate the book that would be fine but they did not buy. Does Simon& Shuster donate books to libraries everywhere? How do they stay in business
There is a certain protocol to go through that I don’t know much about. Donating is always good though. I’ve given away thousands of copies and it hasn’t hurt sales at all.
